I have been swamped with work and a fun holiday party since my return from the great Antarctic. I can honestly say that I was MUCH warmer there than in Dallas. Its been near freezing or below at some point every day since Dec 2nd. Thin leather jackets, while stylish, are not the Quark recommended gear for freezing conditions. In fact, the picture is what I returned to. Kinda ironic after me telling all sorts of Canadians and yankees that we don't get snow. God has a sense of humor apparently!
This weekend I am dedicated to Christmas cookies, partiall cleaning out the guest room for the rents and filling in my blog with stories of polar plunges and pictures of penguins getting it on (seriously it was mating season and it was like a p0rn fest down there). More coming soon!
